An exhibition on the Duke and Duchess of Angoulême runs at the Chapelle expiatoire from 22nd April to 17th September.
Among exhibition highlights:
- In the nave, the painting L’entrevue du duc de la duchesse d'Angoulême, by Barthélémy Garnier, lent by the musée des Beaux-Arts de Chartres.
- In the sacristy, works from the Jeanvrot collection at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs et du Design de Bordeaux.
- Other exhibits have been lent from private collections, notably the portrait of the duchess by Louise Bouteiller, which was last shown in public in 1819.
